Couriers: first 10 minutes at pickup and drop are included; then $5 per 5 minutes
Taxi trucks (2–14T & semis): 30 minutes on site included per job; beyond that, time is charged at time-and-a-half of the hourly rate

Yes — Emergency Direct is a direct-only service. We can also set up Dedicated Vehicle or Permanent Hire if you need ongoing capacity.
